- For lymphatic massage: Hold the shell at a 15° angle to the skin and sweep upward in long, fluid strokes.
- For traditional scraping: After a hot bath or sauna, hold the shell at a 45° angle to encourage the release of sweat and impurities.
- For deep tissue relief: Use the outer edges or the natural grip of the shell to target pressure points and relieve muscle tension.
When to Use
- After workouts to ease soreness.
- As part of weekly spa or self-care rituals.
- Following a sauna or hot bath for a detoxifying scrape.
- Anytime you feel muscle tightness, fluid retention, or puffiness.
Recommendations
- Begin with light pressure, especially if new to body scraping.
- Stay well-hydrated before and after each ritual to support detoxification.
- Avoid use on broken or irritated skin.

For Sauna Therapy
Hold the KYMA Shell along its long edge at a 30–45° angle against the skin. Glide in one direction with long, firm yet gentle strokes, always following the natural flow of your lymphatic system. Work methodically across the legs, thighs, hips, lower back, arms, shoulders, and chest. Each stroke helps to sweep away sweat, dead skin, and impurities while stimulating circulation and revitalizing the body.
When to Use
Incorporate KYMA into your sauna ritual, when pores are open and muscles are deeply relaxed, for enhanced detoxification and renewal.
Pro Tip
Concentrate on areas prone to tension or cellulite, such as thighs and calves, to encourage a deeper release and reveal smoother, more radiant skin.
